Brava! And tangentially related, this made me think of Dracula:

“of course she can only be strong using sex, and ooh no isn’t powerful female sexuality sooooo evil and scary….”

…Wherein the women become voluptuous and seductive once infected by vampirism, because sexually knowledgeable women are TERRIFYING (in Victorian times anyway), and also of course evil.

I'm guilty of having written one "Oops I'm Not Gay After All" as well as probably at least one "I'm Only Here For My Penis." (Because I KNOW those kinds of characters also exist!) I'll try to do better...

Yeah the IOHFMP is a different dynamic though, isn’t it? Just because the stereotype for men is different—it’s that all men always want it (and only it) all the time. That trope pops up as sexual assault against men being used as comedy, as the portrayal of men being sex-crazed animals, etc. It’s a damaging trope, but a different monster, fer sher.
