Awesome! I feel the same way, for the same reasons. There's an old saying, "Before you can lead, you must learn to follow." There's a lot of wisdom packed into that saying; not just the idea that you have to learn how to lead, but also you must be willing to subordinate your ego to a task. You're exactly right that, if you just go around doing what you want, you won't learn any skills and you'll be spoiled. Good luck with that!
